British Breeze Maris Otter Pale Malt provides a unique flavour with a deeper golden colour and distinctive sweet biscuit taste. It also adds a full body to your beer, making it the perfect base malt to create traditional ales. This heritage barley variety is malted in small batches in our Boby maltings in Bury St Edmunds.

Golden Swift Pale Ale Malt gives a rich golden colour and balanced sweet malt flavour to your beer. This malt is ideal for brewing ale styles.

Solid Depth Lager Malt is under modified, which leads to a bready, earthy, clean, light grainy taste profile that’s ideal for lagers.

Strong Chains Dextrin Malt adds body and mouthfeel without impacting flavour or colour. This means you can use up to 20% for low ABV pale ales to replicate the mouthfeel of a much stronger beer.

Heavy Anchor Munich Malt is made by a similar process to our Solid Depth Lager Malt, where germination times are restricted during malting to limit modification.

Red Beacon Melanoidin Malt provides deep intense taste and a dark ruby colour to beer. It has characteristically high melanoidin content, producing dark, aroma-rich malts with deep nutty, malty and biscuit Notes.

Compass Rose Amber Malt imparts a dry, light biscuit flavour with slight coffee undertones. It’s a versatile roasted malt that can change the direction of your beer with its use.

Morning Light Light Crystal Malt gives an amber to red colour in higher proportions. Rich in reducing sugars, it provides delicious light caramel flavours, additional body and flavour stability.

Midday Sun Medium Crystal Malt gives an amber to red colour alongside intense dark caramel notes. Rich in reducing sugars, it provides delicious sweet flavour, additional body and flavour stability.

Maroon Sunset Dark Crystal Malt gives an amber to burgundy colour alongside dark toasted treacle flavours. Rich in reducing sugars, it provides additional body and flavour stability.

Midnight Stars Double Roasted Crystal Malt gives a deep ruby brown colour to your beer. Rich in reducing sugars, it provides an intense caramel taste, additional body and flavour stability.

Black Isle Black Malt is ideal for intensely dark beer styles. It gives your beer a dry-roasted cocoa bean flavour and is less astringent and more friable than roasted barley.

Dark Glow Chocolate Malt provides colour to your beer. Depending on the quantity added, it can produce a deep red hue or a rich dark black.

Silky Fog Rolled Oats is the perfect solution to adding real body and a silky mouthfeel in low ABV hoppy pales or even stronger stouts.

Rough Tide Torrefied Wheat gives your recipes improved head retention. The higher molecular weight glycoproteins will result in a creamy head and mouthfeel.

Produced in Buckie, Scotland.  100% British malting barley varieties along with specifically tailored agronomy programs ensure lower protein and higher extract from this malt.

Peated Malt is made using the same malt production regimes as (plain) distilling malt, with the reek of the peat from the peat furnace passing through the kiln bed.

This malt is made from regeneratively farmed two-row modern spring barley varieties. To achieve high extract potential in this malt, we complete a long germination time in our drum malting plant for homogeneity.

This base malt is made regeneratively farmed from two-row spring barley varieties with a low total nitrogen. During production, germination times are extended for thorough modification. The malt is kilned very gently to ensure a low colour in the final malt. This process also preserves the enzymatic potential in the malt, leading to a great performance in isothermal mash tuns.

With warming aromas stemming from generous additions of cinnamon and ginger into the malting process, the Gingerbread Cookie infusion malt finds soft balance with further additions of nutmeg, allspice and cloves working in harmony to contribute to a complex medley of depth, cosy spice and festivity.
